In here you will find questions to ask before your child’s surgery, self-care ideas, and ways to ask for help. There are daily charts to keep track of how they are feeling, their stats, who saw them, any activities and more. There are pages to write your own notes and feelings.

On these pages you will find a special quote that I love or one from a nurse, doctor or parent who helped my family while we were in the hospital. You will also find a few coloring and activity pages for the days your mind just needs a break.
